Appointment Cancellations - Fees May Apply: We are doing our very best to provide appointments in a timely manner for all our clients. As such, we thoughtfully request a Minimum of 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment so that we may offer your appointment to another client in need.

OHIP Disclosure - Physiotherapy services offered through this clinic are not covered under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). This means that the services you receive with us are considered private-pay services and are not billed to OHIP. We may offer direct billing to select insurance providers when permitted by your plan. However, even with direct billing, any portion not covered by insurance remains your responsibility.
